For World Book Day we went on a journey through the world.
We ate genuine Bangladeshi dishes provided by one of our families, with thanks. the Ford was DELICIOUS! We found out about which countries speak Bengali- did you know it is the 7th most spoken language in the world?
We talked to one of our parents, who was born in Romania. We found out all about the Romanian language and what the people of Romania are proud of. Did you know Romania is the only country to have a gymnast score a perfect 10 in the olympics? We watched Nadia Comaneci’s breathtaking display on YouTube.
We then watched videos, looked at maps and of course, read Thai fairytales, Fables, myths and legends. We also tried our hand at created an art piece based on the beauty of Thai fans.
We also looked amazing in our costumes!
