Transition from EYFS to Year 1
The transition from EYFS to Year 1 has been extremely successful this year. Despite the global pandemic and the time that Year 1 children have had away from school, the children have settled in wonderfully.
We began the year in EYFS style and the children did much of their "Catch-up" learning through play. Gradually we built the children up to a Year 1 time table, where much of their learning is now shown in their brand new exercise books!
