Hello!

I am Mrs Griggs.

I am the year 1 teacher for Ladybirds Class.

Change is sometimes worrying, but can also be exciting.

Here are some facts about me:

• My favourite colour is blue.
• I love the Harry Potter books by JK Rowling and reread them every year!
• In my spare time, I like to try new things. Some of the hobbies I enjoy are sewing, painting and yoga.
• I have collected every Disney and Disney-Pixar film on DVD. My favourites are “The Little Mermaid” and “Toy Story”.

I am Mrs Cook and I will be your new teacher in September.

I am looking forward to welcoming you back from your summer holidays.

Change is sometimes worrying, but can also be very exciting.

Here are some facts about me:

• My favourite food is sausage and mash, I like trying lots of new things.  I enjoy having fun and can be silly sometimes!  I like to laugh.
• I have a twelve year old daughter called Emily, and a fourteen year old daughter called Charlotte.  They both like movies, online games and hanging out with their friends.
• I have two white, fluffy West Highland Terrier dogs.  One is 9 and called Woody, the other is nearly 5, is called Rowley and is very naughty!
• I have travelled to lots of different places in my caravan, but my favourite type of holiday is camping near a beach.  I keep my caravan in Dorset now and try to visit as often as possible.  I like sitting outside at night and stargazing.
• I like spending time outside, and particularly like growing fruit and vegetables in my garden, as well as making my garden full of pretty flowers.  My favourite plant is a pink, red or white geranium!
