Flu immunisations Year 1 and 2

Letters will be issued w/c 19 October for parents of pupils in Year 1 and Year 2 regarding the implementation of flu immunisations on Friday 13 November.

 

Included with the letters will be consent forms and information leaflets forwarded by the NHS School Nursing team.
